Your Summary Plan Description (SPD) booklet, Schedule of Benefits and Messenger updates should be referred to for a full description of your plan of benefits. Your SPD booklet can be accessed by clicking on the icon below. You may scroll through your SPD or click on a specific subject in the Table of Contents. To return to the Table of Contents, just click on the heading of the section you are in. You may also search for a specific topic once you have accessed your SPD by clicking on the "Find" icon (binoculars), entering a key word or phrase and then clicking on the "Find" button. Click on the "Find Again" icon (binoculars with arrow) to continue your search to completion. SPD Booklet
