Your Summary Plan Description (SPD) booklet, Schedule of Benefits and Messenger updates should be referred to for a full description of your plan of benefits. Your SPD booklet can be accessed by clicking on the applicable icon below. You may scroll through your SPD or click on a specific subject in the Table of Contents. To return to the Table of Contents, just click on the main heading of the section you are in. You may also search for a specific topic once you have accessed your SPD by clicking on the "Find" icon (binoculars), entering a key word or phrase and then clicking on the "Find" button. Click on the "Find Again" icon (binoculars with arrow) to continue your search to completion.
To access your Schedule of Benefits , click here (underlined text) and then click on your plan name. If you are not sure of your plan name, contact MCTWF's Customer Communications Department at (313) 964-2400. For all modifications made to your plan of benefits since the July 2001 printing of the SPD booklets and Schedules of Benefits, please access all subsequently published Messenger newsletters by clicking here (underlined text) or on the Newsletter button above OR you can access the Compilation of Messenger Notifications , by clicking here (underlined text), which provides you with all modifications made to your plan in one document, from the Summer 2001 Messenger through current, arranged chronologically by topic. As with your SPD booklet, you may scroll through the compilation or click on a specific subject in the Table of Contents. To return to the Table of Contents, click on the main heading of the section you are in.
