Q: How will I know if my current dentist is in the DeltaPremier network?

A: You have three sources where you can check for this information:

·   You can ask your current dentist if he or she in DeltaPremier; or

·   You can check this website under Provider Networks; or

·   You can contact Member Services at 313-964-2400 or
    1-800-824-3158, between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday     through Friday.
